I currently see people privately in London NW6 and within the NHS Specialist Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Services in CNWL London. I also see trainee psychotherapists and clinical psychologists through their training as their training therapist or clinical supervisor.

People often come to see me because they need help to resolve or understand their difficulties like depression, trauma, or anxiety and may have become unwell or wish to feel better. Coming to understand your history, life experiences and feelings retrospectively can involve some difficult emotional movement when we talk within a session. I think of this process as us working together to help you to develop a strong sense of self and good mental health.

From my experience and training I help people with a range of mental health difficulties. These maybe be described as depression, anxiety, those who are struggling to recover from loss and trauma, or may be feeling preoccupied, caught up in gambling or drug addiction, experiencing relationship difficulties, diagnosed with treatment resistant depression, melancholia, personality difficulties like borderline personality disorder, neurodiversity, obsessive compulsive disorder, and wider issues which are inevitably all connected.

Sometimes we might need to work more intensively over several sessions a week when indicated. I am also happy to meet with you if you are wanting to explore other experiences or reflections.

I am a full member of the BPC – British Psychoanalytic Council and full member of the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists & Tavistock Private Psychotherapy Service. I am registered accredited member of the BACP (Accred) – British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have full professional indemnity insurance and work within the guidelines of the BPC.
